To elect the Worshipful Master for the ensuing year
To elect a Treasurer
To elect a representative on the Committee of General
Purposes of the Province
To elect two account examiners
To determine a Notice of Motion given by W.Bro. A.P.F. at the
last Regular stated Lodge on 25th October 2007, that under the
provision of the Bye Law 4[c] the annual subscription shall be
increased to £111 of which £6 shall be allocated to
the Hospitality Fund. The subscription for County members to be
increased to £70; the Initiation Fee to be increased to
£50 and the Joining Fee to remain at £20
To determine a Notice of Motion given by W.Bro. M.J. at the last
Regular stated Lodge on 25th October 2007, that certain monies yet to
be agreed be paid out of the Charity and Deserving Causes Account to
Masonic and other charities supported by the Lodge
To
receive a report of the Permanent Committee.
To
transact such other business as the Worshipful Master may bring before
the Lodge.
In memory of the late W.Bro. Hamish Palmer, to performmthe ceremony of
the Loving Cup
